Job Description:

Robert Louis Group (RLG) is undergoing an expansion and currently seeking experienced commercial real estate agents to represent companies, investors and tenants. With an expertise in either office, retail and or industrial properties; the candidate(s) will help clients in aspects of lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions to strategic corporate real estate consulting. The candidate(s) who qualifies
to join the RLG team will be an aggressive, ambitious, entrepreneurial mind with business development and executive sales experience who is looking to build his or her own business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through leveraging contacts, networking events, canvassing and follow-up to include presentations to decision-makers.
  • Report and update stakeholders on client pursuits and goals. Along with using and maintaining the firm’s CRM system for tracking contacts, clients, pipeline and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders as needed to assist in business development activities.
  • Represent the interests of clients to locate office, retail and industrial space (including researching companies and executives, preparing surveys, conducting tours, evaluating proposals, conducting financial analysis, preparing lease abstracts and reviewing lease
  • documents)
  • Collaborate with marketing team for the preparation of marketing materials (including presentations, flyers, floor plans, brochures, stacking plans, and more)
  • Work closely within a team environment to prepare proposals and strategies for presentations, and market information for each clients.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with industry professionals.
  • Prepare financial analyses 


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor Degree; MBA or graduate degree in Real Estate preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years professional experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Or similar combination of education and experience

Requirements

  • Must procure and maintain a real estate salesperson’s license as required
  • Proven record of providing outstanding internal and external customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced financial background with knowledge of Excel and Argus modeling
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of statistics/quantitative analysis; and basic understanding of finance (e.g., concepts of present value and return on investment)
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and sales skills essential
